Set up your salon

Connect your SalonBiz account and get a reporting dashboard in a few minutes. Read-only: we never write anything to your SalonBiz.

First, create a login just for SalonOS

SalonBiz passwords rotate every 90 days. A login made just for SalonOS survives that rotation - your salon's own admin password can change without ever breaking your sync.

In SalonBiz:

  1. Go to Staff Admin.
  2. Click New Staff.
  3. Set the category to Training (not a real employee record).
  4. Set the role to Front Desk.
  5. Turn off Bookable.
  6. Turn off Has a schedule.
  7. Set your own password for this login - one only SalonOS will use.
